Of Russian origin, Luda Kroitor came to Australia at the age of ten. Soon after she discovered her passion for ballroom dancing and a great love of Salsa and various styles of Brazilian dance. At only eleven years of age, she partnered up with a young Oliver Pineda, and the couple began their journey into studying, teaching and performing all styles of Latin and Dancesport all over Sydney. The couple’s international acclaim has heightened their understanding of Latin Dance in all its variations.
This and subsequent partnerships have enabled Luda to achieve rather amazing things for one so young including:

- World Salsa Champion (Las Vegas, USA, 2005)
- World Salsa Open Champion (Puerto Rico, 2006)
